LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30th in 1984. He is an American pro basketball player. King James, he's widely regarded to be the greatest player of all-time and often is compared with Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketballer ever. James has 4 NBA championships. Four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. Two Olympic gold medals. James is the player with the most points in the playoffs with the second-highest number of points in his career and has the seventh most ever assists. James has been named to be an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times and for his place on the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. James was the third player to participate in NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from 2011 through 2018. James was selected for his way onto the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. In 2022, James became one of the few NBA player to earn 10,000 career points. James played basketball at St. Vincent St. Mary High in Akron Ohio, where he lived his entire life. Media across the country portrayed him as a potential NBA superstar. He was in the process of becoming a professional and was the first selection of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. In 2004, he was named NBA Rookie. Then, he quickly was one of the league's best players, and won the NBA MVP title in both 2009 and 2010. James went free agency following his failure to earn championships in Cleveland. He made the decision to leave Cleveland to join Miami Heat, announced on the show on television The Decision, is considered as one of the most controversial free-agent decisions in the history of sports.
