Lindsey Vonn, an American athlete born on the 18th of October 1984, won the gold medal in the 2010 Winter Olympics in the downhill ski race. She has the second highest Super Score among skiers, female and male. She is one of the top skiers of all time as well as the most adored skiing athlete in the United States. Caroline Vonn is a World Cup racer in alpine skiing in the US. Her name is Lindsey Vonn. There have been four occasions she was named the winner of the World Cup overall competition. She has an extensive and prestigious track record with American athletics. She is the only six female athletes to win in each event on the World Cup circuit. She has won 82 World Cup victories in total. World-class athlete and one of America's most experienced ski racers, she has taken a decision to step down following the World Championships that take place in Sweden. She retired after a long list of ailments. The announcement of her retirement came on social media. The World Championships in Downhill and SG in Re Sweden will mark my the end of my racing in Re Sweden.
